If your machine develops a fault, all may not be lost. We have many online support features to help you self diagnose your issue.

There to help you
We know that sometimes parts do go wrong, in this instance we offer a fair warranty service. If you think your machine or part can be repaired or replaced under warranty you will first need to contact our support team

- Your call will be logged and passed to an engineer
- The engineer will try to diagnose your issue over the phone and guide you through how to repair it.
- If a fix cannot be found our engineer may recommend that it is a warranty claim, in which case they will notify our team who will advise on the next steps.
Out for Delivery
If you order a new part under warranty before 3pm your part will be dispatched the same day.

On the Mend
Your part will be delivered to you the next working day*. we can arrange for an engineer to call you to help you fit the new part and get your machine back up and running
- If you are going to need assistance fitting your part, please call us and we can schedule an engineer to call you back.
Send it packing
Once you have received your new part all we ask of you is to send the old part back to Westomatic within 30 days. Once received it is handed over for inspection.

Once the part reaches our factory it is thoroughly checked and tested.

Free Standing Machines
A THREE YEAR warranty on parts only is offered on new free-standing (excluding the Eco Encore), from the invoice date of the machine, subject to our warranty procedures having been followed. There is a TWO YEAR warranty on the Eco Encore and our Sigma range screens.
(This excludes all plastic whipper components, delivery hoses, brewer parts and outlet nozzles which we recommend are changed every six months as well as other parts with a sales value of less than £15 sterling.)
All parts claimed under our warranty terms must be returned to our Head Office, Units 7 – 8 Block 4, Forde COurt, Forde Road, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 4BT, UK for repair, replacement or credit at our discretion.
Coin Mechanism Warranty
Payment systems including cashless systems must be returned to the manufacturers’ service agents for repair and upgrade NOT Westomatic.
Warranties are NOT transferrable with the sale of equipment.

Primo Horeca Machines
There is a TWO YEAR warranty on parts only, excluding plastic parts and those parts considered to be consumable (lamps, piping etc) and with a value of less than £15.
Coin Mechanism Warranty
Crane / MEI offer a THREE YEAR warranty on change-giving coin mechanisms subject to being returned to them at Mechshop, Unit 9, Arden Business Centre, Arden Road, Alcester, Warwickshire B49 6HW, UK
